The person first
Mobility, rhythm, strength and coordination differ from one player to the next. Teaching that ignores this works against you rather than with you.
Golf lessons and coaching
Every person brings different physical conditions, movement patterns and a different feel. That is exactly what I work with.
Every golfer brings their own movement. I help you shape it into a swing that suits you: natural, efficient and repeatable.
Mobility, rhythm, strength and coordination differ from one player to the next. Teaching that ignores this works against you rather than with you.
The right movement is the one that suits you and that you can actually produce under pressure.
Knowing why a shot works leads to better decisions on the course, including on the harder days.
For golfers who want to improve their game and understand it, whatever their handicap.
«The coaching adapts to the player, not the other way round.»

For players who want to develop their golf over the longer term. Assessment, goals, technique, short game, strategy and playing lessons all work together.
The greatest leverage often lies in the short game, in strategy, in target selection or in understanding your own shot patterns better. A swing change is just one of many routes to better rounds.
Video analysis and, later, TrackMan are tools, the centre of the work is your game. They are used where they answer a specific question or make progress visible.
Across several months, with fixed appointments and a plan that develops with you. An additional offer: a single lesson remains available at any time.
Three questions we answer first. Technique comes after that.
Handicap, how a typical round unfolds and an honest look at what works and what regularly costs you shots.
A goal for this season and one for the coming years, together with an open conversation about the time you can realistically invest.
Short game, ball striking, strategy or handling pressure. We start where there is most to gain for you.
Swiss PGA Teaching Professional in training, Class of 2027
My name is Sandro Cosati, I am 38 years old and I have been playing golf since 2019.
It started with a spontaneous bet among friends about who would hit a hole in one first. The bet turned into a passion within a very short time, and after roughly nine months into a single handicap. I owe that less to talent than to hard work and the countless hours I put into the game.
Since then I have followed the major tours week after week, trying to understand how the best players think, train and shape their game. What helps me is a strong sense for movement: I see a motion and I can feel it myself.
Along the way it became clear to me that golf is far more than technique. That is exactly why I am convinced that progress happens where you build on a person's individual strengths.
My aim is to help you understand your own game and develop it step by step. By finding out what works for you instead of copying someone else.
The professional photographs will be taken over the coming weeks. Until then these placeholders show the formats the images will use.

For golfers who want to improve their game and understand it. What matters more than your current level is what you want to make of your golf.

Details on the golf course and the region will follow. On request, sessions are also possible at your home course.
Both are tools, the centre of the work is your game. They are used where they answer a specific question or make progress visible.
