Which data is processed

When the website is accessed, technical data is recorded in server logs: shortened IP address, date and time, page requested, browser and operating system. This data serves secure operation and troubleshooting.

If you use the contact form, the details you enter are processed: name, email address and, where provided, phone number, handicap and your message.

Purpose and legal basis

The details from the form are used solely to handle your enquiry and to contact you afterwards. They are not passed on for advertising purposes.

Processing is based on your consent given by submitting the form and on the legitimate interest in operating the website.

Recipients

Hosting: Hostpoint AG, Rapperswil-Jona, Switzerland. The website and the form data are held on servers in Switzerland.

Delivery and protection: Cloudflare, Inc., USA, as an upstream network. Technical connection data may be transferred to the USA in this context.

Spam protection: Cloudflare Turnstile, where enabled. This service checks without cookies whether an entry comes from a human.

Email delivery: the Hostpoint mail server. Your enquiry is delivered as an email.

Retention

Enquiries are kept for as long as they are needed to handle the request and any follow up questions, and are deleted afterwards. Server logs are overwritten automatically after a short period.

Cookies and local storage

This website sets no cookies for analytics or advertising. No reach measurement services and no social media plugins are embedded. For that reason no consent is needed.

A short notice at the bottom of the page says so. Your browser stores only one entry without any identifier: that you closed the cookie notice (localStorage). It does not leave your device and stays until you delete it in your browser.

Fonts are served from our own server, so no connection is made to external font providers.

Your rights

You have the right to information about the data processed about you, as well as to correction, deletion and release of that data. Any consent given can be withdrawn at any time.

Security

The website is transmitted in encrypted form (HTTPS). Appropriate technical and organisational measures are taken to protect your data.
